Colin Baldwin – Managing Director
Colin’s involvement in the distribution industry started over 35 years ago when he became the UK Division Manager of the Linguaphone Institute responsible for their mail order business.
After several years in senior direct marketing roles involving high volume mailings, a key milestone in Colin’s career, was when he used his marketing expertise to launch Scan Post, one of the first international re-mail companies to operate in the UK.
Amongst his initial customers, were the Bank of England, ANZ Bank and I.A.P.A (International Airline Passenger Association). Since then Colin has had 30 years at the cutting edge of the international mail market operating in both the retail and wholesale markets.

Richard Johnson - Sales Director
Richard began his career in the distribution and transportation industry in 1986 when he was appointed the UK & Ireland Sales and Marketing Director of DHL. During his five year tenure, sales more than doubled and brand share increased substantially to consolidate DHL’s position as the dominant brand in the international air express sector.
Richard introduced Worldmail which quickly became a major brand in the international re-mail market in the UK and worldwide. After leaving DHL he broadened his experience in the industry when he joined the leading freight forwarder MSAS as the UK & International Sales and Marketing Director responsible for developing a logistics business in the UK through their global network.
Richard has an MA in Marketing and an MBA and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

Roger has developed considerable technical and operational experience in the International mail and logistics industry. He is passionate about delivering world-class customer services personalised to the customers unique requirements.
With a background in education and purchasing Roger brings excellent communication and organisational skills to Postal Logistics.
